Fresh air, deep breaths, aromatherapy, a quick bicycle ride and sipping water with fresh squeezed lemon. What awesome self care! These five things are all simple enough to complete all in one day. Treat yourself to one or all of them. Self care can be free and if you look around your home, you probably have several things to pamper and make sure that you are treated well. Look around and be creative. Sitting outside for 10 minutes and feeling the soft glow of the sun on your face will recharge you and feel great, not to mention it is totally free! Infuse your water with strawberries, mint, lemon, herbs, cucumber or any other fruit you have on hand. Sometimes it is just the little things.
